How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
Megnon is a strategy-led marketing and creative agency, founded in 2026 and operating in India as a business name rather than a separately incorporated company. Throughout this policy, "Megnon", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that business.
For anything relating to your personal information, the person responsible is Ayushi Jain, Founder, reachable at [email protected].
This policy covers megnonagency.com and any enquiry you send us through it. It does not cover other websites we link to, such as LinkedIn or Instagram, which have their own policies.
This website has three forms — the contact form, the short form on the homepage, and the Growth Diagnostic. Depending on which one you use, we may collect:
You decide what to put in these fields. Only your name and email are ever required, and we'd ask you not to include anything sensitive or confidential in a first message to us.
There are no accounts on this site, no logins and no passwords.
Two things happen in the background simply because of how the website is built:
Beyond that, nothing. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, advertising trackers, heatmaps or session recording of any kind. We cannot see who you are or follow you around the internet.
This website sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One small exception is worth explaining. If you complete the Growth Diagnostic, your answers are saved inside your own browser using a feature called local storage, under the name megnonGrowthDiagnostic. This is purely so the contact form can carry your answers over instead of asking you the same questions twice.
That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us unless you actually submit a form. Clearing your browser data removes it.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, prepare a proposal or quote, and — if you go on to work with us — to deliver that work and stay in touch about it.
We rely on your consent, which you give by choosing to submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop and delete what we hold.
We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing simply because you contacted us. If we ever start a newsletter, you'll have to ask to join it.
A small number of service providers handle your information on our behalf, purely so the website and our email work:
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. We would only ever disclose information if the law genuinely required us to.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India, so your enquiry may be processed abroad. They are established companies with their own security and privacy commitments.
If your enquiry doesn't lead to us working together, we keep it for up to 24 months and then delete it. That window exists because conversations often restart months later, and it helps to have the context.
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we're working together and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules in India require.
You never have to wait for those periods to pass. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
To use any of these, email [email protected]. We don't charge for this and we don't require a particular form of words — just tell us what you want. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or the European Union, you have comparable rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and we'll honour requests on the same basis.
This website is served entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It has no database and no admin login, so there is nothing stored on the website itself to be breached — your enquiry lives in an email inbox with access limited to the two of us.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If something ever went wrong in a way that affected your information, we would tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
This site is meant for businesses and the people who run them. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we'll delete them.
If we change how we handle information — adding analytics, for instance, or a newsletter — we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy all go to the same place:
Ayushi Jain — Founder, Megnon
If you've raised something with us and aren't satisfied with how we handled it, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
